The close partnership with our customers allows us to
respond directly to their evolving requirements, which

NEWPAN and our other products are usually licensed on an
annual basis, with full support. This would typically include
installation assistance and initial training, incremental software
updates (including at least one major release per year), off-site
support via email and hotline, and on-site visits by request.
Registered customers have access to our password protected
User Area, providing access to
on-line support and training materials, Frequently Asked Questions,
File Download/Upload (software updates and examples from,
and secure transfer of customer files to, Flow Solutions),
and an online Support Request Form.
